How We Work

Structured delivery, every engagement

The same disciplined framework behind our enterprise migrations: documented, validated, and led by senior expertise from start to finish.

1

Assess

Inventory every report, data source, and dependency. Usage analysis identifies what actually matters.

2

Rationalize

Retire duplicates and unused reports. Typically 30 to 50 percent never need migrating.

3

Modernize

Rebuild on Power BI and Fabric with governed semantic models and validated outputs.

4

Govern

Workspaces, row-level security, certified datasets, and documented standards.

5

Enable

Training and handover so your team owns the platform, not a vendor.

Common Questions

Data Dictionary and Lineage Documentation FAQ

Why do metric debates keep happening?

Because definitions live in people's heads and each report implements its own version. A glossary with owned, agreed definitions, wired to the actual measures, is the fix.

Can lineage be generated automatically?

Partially: Fabric and Purview expose technical lineage automatically, and we extend it with the business layer (what things mean, who owns them) that tooling cannot infer.

Is this part of migration or standalone?

Both. During migration it is nearly free, logic is being decoded anyway. Standalone retrofits target the highest-value domains first rather than documenting everything at once.

How does it stay current?

Documentation embedded in the platform (model descriptions, endorsed glossary, lineage views) plus a light ownership cadence. Documents that live outside the workflow die; we put them inside it.
