How We Work

Structured delivery, every engagement

The same disciplined framework behind our enterprise migrations: documented, validated, and led by senior expertise from start to finish.

1

Assess

Inventory every report, data source, and dependency. Usage analysis identifies what actually matters.

2

Rationalize

Retire duplicates and unused reports. Typically 30 to 50 percent never need migrating.

3

Modernize

Rebuild on Power BI and Fabric with governed semantic models and validated outputs.

4

Govern

Workspaces, row-level security, certified datasets, and documented standards.

5

Enable

Training and handover so your team owns the platform, not a vendor.

Microsoft Fabric Implementation FAQ

How is this different from your Fabric consulting service?

Consulting is the thinking: architecture, capacity planning, and roadmap. Implementation is the doing: we provision, build, and ship the platform. Most clients do a short architecture phase first, then move straight into this delivery.

How fast can Fabric be live?

A focused first release (capacity, Lakehouse foundation, one pipeline set, one Direct Lake model, priority reports) typically ships in 4 to 8 weeks. Further domains repeat the pattern on the standards laid down in release one.

Can you implement alongside our existing Power BI estate?

Yes, that is the normal case: existing workspaces keep running while the Fabric foundation goes in underneath, and models migrate to Direct Lake domain by domain with validation at each step.

What do we need before starting?

Source system access, an Azure tenant with permission to provision capacity, and a named product owner. Everything else, including governance defaults, we bring.
